VICTORIA Owner, BASI® and Bay Club Certified Pilates Instructor

As a former athlete, Victoria is constantly striving to improve her core strength, balance, stability and flexibility and has found that her body responds best to Pilates. With a background in natural health she believes that the holistic approach of Pilates truly maximizes her health and wellbeing. She is excited to share her passion for Pilates and overall wellbeing through teaching Pilates and helping others reach their fitness goals. She truly enjoys helping her clients develop and maintain their fitness to enhance their daily life beyond the studio!

JACQUELINE BASI® Certified Pilates Instructor

Jacqueline loves how Pilates distinctly combines stretching and strength conditioning. Over the years her practice developed as she discovered Pilates was a vehicle to better body awareness, balance and overall physical and mental wellbeing. For her Pilates extends beyond exercise and she strives to help others incorporate its powerful benefits to their daily lives. Combining her passion for movement and a natural desire to help others, she is constantly inspired while working with her clients. KENI Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor

As a former competitive gymnast, Keni appreciates the attention to detail that is involved in the practice of Pilates and how that detail translates into overall improved body strength, balance and coordination for her clients. She has a M.S. in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Sport Psychology from Cal State Fullerton, which translates into a deep understanding of the human body. This understanding enhances the instruction she gives to her clients. Keni’s objective is to play a significant role in helping adults manage a healthy active lifestyle.

KATHLEEN BASI® Certified Pilates Instructor

Kathleen’s personal journey of recovery inspires her belief in the healing power of Pilates. In search of a safe form of exercise while recovering from spinal surgery she experienced first-hand the restorative properties of Pilates, which helped her regain full function and mobility of her spine, overcome chronic pain, and return to her quality of life. She is committed to helping clients leave each session feeling restored in mind, body, and spirit. Kathleen shares a genuine compassion, dedication, and enthusiasm for Pilates with her clients.
